Hello!

My Name is Mark Stephenson, Director of ABC Bartending Schools, Dallas Campus. Thanks for your interest in our 35 year proven national program.

I graduated from Bartending School in 1980 and have a great passion for insuring my students total success when it comes to training. I'm in the school daily; having fun acting like a customer and calling my drink orders along with my instructors just like the real club or bar. I WILL NOT LET ANY STUDENT go into any bar until I’m satisfied of the full results of their training. Do you think it's a good idea any student should go into a real bar and work a cash register without any in-house training? Do you think it's a good idea to go behind a bar before you graduate and break something or spill something on a customer without you're full training from the school? Consider This: If the cash register comes up short, Could you be liable for others mistakes?

We have a POS system (cash register) at our school that is going to get you going on the right path to become a very good cashier. We have what is called Restaurant Manager which is the best software program available. WE WILL TRAIN YOU HOW TO WORK THIS CASH REGISTER BEFORE YOU GRADUATE. Money is a big issue in Bartending so you need to be well trained on this. Our Company has been in business for 30 years... Think about that. Would you go with somebody new? Or would you rather select a school that is the biggest and most reputable school in the country? It's a no brainer to me. I listen to all of my students that add comments about making our program even better. That's because I know my students are my best critics. Just like my customers when I work behind the bar.
